STOXScreener is Copyrighted 2006 Interval Software, all rights
reserved. This product is protected by Canadian and United States
copyright laws, international treaties and all other applicable
national or international laws. This software product may not be
reproduced in part, or in whole, to any electronic medium or
machine readable form, without prior consent in writing, from
Interval Software and according to all applicable laws. The sole
owner of this product is Interval Software.

The usage of the STOXScreener software product indicates your
understanding and acceptance of the following terms. This license
will supersede any statement, verbal or written, to the contrary.
If you do not accept these terms, or your local legal regulations
prohibit exclusion of implied warranties or limited disclaimers,
you must cease using the product immediately.

This software product is provided as is, without warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. The entire risk as to the use of this product is assumed
by the user. Interval Software nor any distributor assumes any
liability for direct or indirect damages including any lost
profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages
arising from any defects, or the use or inability to use this product,
even if Interval Software has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.

Stock data returned by the STOXScreener program is obtained from
public Internet sources. There is no warranty of any kind related to
the availability of this data. At any time,the STOXScreener data
source may be discontinued.
This software product may be used only by a single person, on a
single computer at a time. The software may be copied from one
computer to another, provided that it is used only by a single
person, on a single computer at a time.
